Discord ignoring me

My account was hacked and there was some personal info noted on it. I've sent an email to Discord but they don't want to respond to me. My friend made a report reguarding my case and they reply to him within minutes but still ignore me??? Why the hell is there no number to call Discord? Discord support is the worst thing ever!
