Disabled account angry

That's it. Discord support is incredibly poor and simply put unfair. I have waited almost a month to get my account back, even sent a huge "essay" basically admitting my error and they still declined my appeal MEANWHILE my friend who got his account disabled for the SAME REASON got his account back within a week. I messaged discord on twitter and I straight up get ghosted. I am trying to manage so many stuff but I can't even manage my own server with my main locked out and possibly getting deleted because discord is simply too biased. (My account was Nem#6969 if anybody was interested). Now I sent another huge email explaining my situation and how I NEED my account to moderate and manage some community servers I've built and helped create but I can't do that. "Just use your alt" but I don't wanna do that because I have years of messages and bookmarks and saved information on my main that I simply do not wanna lose. If any discord employee see this, genuinely do something or email me because I cannot take this unfair and bias support anymore. It's not even about me anymore, so many people get their accounts disabled for the most ridiculous reasons yet actually predators and community menaces are rampant in the plateform. I am sick of this, fix yourself, show that you actually care about EVERYONE in your community and not a select people. Do not give me the "be patient" responde because I've been patient for a month now. I want a proper explanation.

You are absolutely right to be angry. The same thing happened to me, and I went completely apoplectic with rage. Cause I commited no offense on the discord platform. Seems like sending an email over a particular banned topic was enough to get me locked out of all social media accounts permanently.
