Discord´s Ban System is just Unfair
My Account Leoon#3006 got banned for no reason while in a game.
I wrote Discord that my Account got banned and i don´t know why as i actually read through ToS and Community Guidelines and found no Violation that i did. Instead of getting an answer by Discord telling me what i did wrong, they told be they wont reactivate my account and i should refer to my Banmessage email i got to know why, which only included "You got banned for spam " and some example reasons that i never did. I asked which particular message or behaviour got me banned and now they are ignoring my emails? This is so childish and i hate that discord now doesnt give a damn about their users. There is so much more bad things going on like Account hacks, scams and so on but they ban a innocent User like me? That is using Discord since 2016 and got Nitro? Why? Someone can just false report you and you get banned and loose all of your friends, Servers, Messages you got within many years and they won´t even tell you why? That is an impudence. Now my Account will get deleted in a few days? I mean i am even allowed to make a new Account, they just removed all of my social life. How is this a usefull ban method? You can do better, change your Ban System and start fighting real problems.

sad to hear that but I think that there need to be a valid reason for your ban and Discord not Replying this is so Childish I think so should do an Appeal about it and submit that report Maybe Discrd will tell you the exact reason for your ban and still they do not tell well then there is nothing you can do about it

Thats what i did. I asked them about the reason for my ban, as i didn´t do anything wrong. Instead of answering they blocked me and ignored me. I don´t know why they do this but it´s just stupid that you can´t do anything as a person without influence to make them listen to you and answer. My account is now fully deleted, it left all Servers it was on and now is called "Deleted User 19a6c987#3006" . At this point i just feel betrayed by Discord . They always represent themselves open minded and caring about their comunity but they actually dont care at all, they didn´t even have the time answering me with the reason. I could have easily explained them why that was not a ban reason and they may have misunderstood or just falsely banned me. I think thats what i deserved for spending over 10.000 Hours on Discord... I will never put my trust in Discord again and have a Backup and List of my Contacts. So again . Thank you Discord for Deleting over 300 Friends, Deleting me as Server Owner from 3 Servers, Deleting my Identity from 200 Servers and Deleting all my Messages and things i stored in Discord Chats without even giving me a solid reason. But Hey, Discord Nitro atleast now got Custom Videocall Backgrounds-- Wow!

I mean, there only has to be a DM between to friends or even between me and My Second Account that might have looked weird to them or someone falsely reporting me with many accounts or an Action which got misinterpreted.

After my Ban, Ive been trying all Day and all Night Long to find a reason for my Ban. I tried rejoining all Servers i remembered. After hours of research i realized one of these Server was deleted but it was a Youtubers Server so i rejoined it and it was deleted . So i thought that may be the reason for my Ban as my Account and the Server were banned at almost the same time but i actually only joined it for the nitro giveaway and sent like 20 messages in chat just saying things like hello or other smalltalk. And if that really was the reason for my Ban , a Server getting deleted and me Banned, well why don´t they just tell me? I mean it does not have to be that reason for my Ban, thats just what i thought caused it , but i don´t know. The people THAT know are Discord and they won´t tell me. So it seems like they don´t appreciate their Users. And no, im not a stupid kid who does not know how to appeal or how to behave, I wrote a formal appeal to them explaining why i deserver an unban and also asked for the reason. They answered they won´t unban and i got a reason . I answered that i did not get a particular reason for my ban and kindly asked what was the reason or behaviour that caused my ban, which after 3 weeks they did not reply to. So i again contacted t hem Explaining for every possible reason why i did not do anything wrong, giving every information about me and my Account and again only kindly asked for the reason of my ban and give me a chance to explain myself but again, not even an answer.

Also i don´t think that its fair having people like my friends or even my second account getting only warned in DMs by Discord for being on the wrong server when deleted or spam or even friends that got banned but put no effort in their appeal saying smth. like "Im sorry for what i did, please unban me" without any manners and they got unbanned. Now there is me getting banned for no reason and when i try to clear things up i get ignored . This is not how anybody should be treated.

discord doesnt seem to care lately. all they seem interested in doing is handing out ban hammers like candy for any reason they can dream up with.

At this points Discord is just giving a F about their users. They just wanna generate money and cant even afford to do proper support. Sad.
