I got hacked

I got hacked by clicking a discord nitro link without looking that the link wasn't really a discord link, they sent the same link in all the servers I was and to all my friends, so I'm sure they got in my account at some point. I changed my passwords for everything that was linked to discord and I activated 2FA but I'm still kinda scared. Am I really safe now or should I do anything else?

  If you noticed random Nitro scams messages sended by your account, you're hacked.
