Please open your API for the Bark Parental Monitoring App
Our daughters use Discord to chat with their friends and in an effort to protect them from bullies, etc. we sure would appreciate Discord opening up its API to the Bark app @barktechnologies

I think that this isn't a very good idea. As this can cause some false positives.
Also for Bark Technologies to moderate our messages, then they will have to access our messages and conversations. I don't think most users would be comfortable(including myself) with a 3rd party company accessing our private conversations.
What you can do is report and block anyone that is bullying you or your daughters.
To summarize, I don't think this is a good idea, because our messages/conversations are in the hands of a third party company.

It would monitor your kids' conversations, not yours. Just like the app does on other social media sites. My daughter has her own Discord account and that's what would be monitored.
Not to mention scammers post fake links to rob you and send DMs. Kids aren't savvy enough to spot the criminals. They trust and need to be coached into better digital hygiene.
Kids don't tell their parents everything, especially if they think we'll make the bullying worse. God forbid they think about hurting others or killing themselves because of bullying or depression that could have been caught by a caring parent, like me.
False positives are all part of the fine tuning process and you can tell the Bark app to ignore future alerts based on what was a false positive.

Discord usually does not open their API to most 3rd party apps or services. Discord is really careful about what apps or services they allow on their platform. Discord doesn't even have sound cloud integrated into their service. So I highly doubt that a random parental software to their app.
I 100% understand your situation here. But you really need to look at Discord as a company.
What to do if you or your children get bullied on Discord.
If there is someone bullying you or your children on Discord, you can block them. If the bullying is more severe, then block them and contact Discord Trust and Safety.
If someone is spamming or scamming, there will be a "Report Spam" button next to the "Add Friend" and "Block" button.
Discord Support - Once you are at this page then select the 'Trust & Safety' option.
If your children are in the situation of a child predator, you can also contact your local law enforcement.

Assuming they meet the minimum age to use Discord, I don't think they lack intelligence, and if not, they just have to be polite
