Account deleted after getting no response

More than a month ago my account got disabled for being under thirteen. I had send multiple emails to discord that i am not thirteen and never got a response from a real person to this day. After more than a week i found out you need to send discord an email with your discord account your face and your id. Thats what i did but still after around 2 weeks no response and now, my account is deleted. I was wondering if there is still a way for me to get my ip ban removed because i dont really care about my account, the problem is that i am ip banned and cannot make a new account. So is there a way for me to still remove that ip ban?
