Server roles

"Management roles
Allows members to create new roles and edit or delete roles lower than the highest. It also allows members to change the permissions of specific channels they have access to."

I need to separate on one hand, that when I give a permission to someone to manage roles of the users they can do but not to edit server roles in adjustments so I can't get "hacked".
