Account disabled after changing password

Hey so my friend (Le_Deluge) got his account disabled yesterday after he changed his password (he changed his password after he got an email saying “Discord account disabled for suspicious activity”) he keeps trying to appeal it but it’s getting denied? Is this a glitch or is this actually an offense? He says that the email had a link too but he can no longer change his password. Can I get help really quick please, he only has 10 days until his account is deleted.
