We have all given them all the info asked and still no response outside of someone telling me to "keep them posted." As if im the one trying to fix it, discord seemingly enough doesn't care or can't fix it and instead of admiting this is deciding to ignore it in favor of NFT's.

4 years I've had my account. I found my account logged out and an email saying I was singed in somewhere from Brazil (I'm in Australia). I tried to reset my password but it prompted me to enter a 2FA code. I never got around to setting 2FA as I tend to switch phones a lot, so obviously I never turned it on. I sent a request to Discord and a week later they broke the news. I could either dismiss 4 years of media or let that account go on and hope that one day the hacker shows compassion. Their reasoning was that it was against their policy. All of my social accounts where also linked, and to make it easier, all of them had the exact same name. I still had access to my phone number and email that were originally connected to my account. But that still, under their policy, could not help me. This is absolutely ridiculous, and the upsetting this about this is, that we aren't the only ones. Many users have this happen to them and Discord simply turns them down. In my instance, I've lost years of conversations, valuable files, money for nitro costs but most importantly, the ability to talk to my friends during this digital age, more so due to the pandemic.
