Creating a vice-owner system for servers

Hi there, I got an interesting suggestion about server management : I've seen so many times servers ending without owner because the owner's account was banned. All that stuff would be fixed just by adding a vice-owner system : The owner could choose someone that would become the owner of the server in case of the original owner getting banned. 

What do you think about it ?
