account disabled by hackers

my account was disabled by some hacker, I couldn't change my password in time because I was sleeping, when I woke up I received the email that my account was disabled, I sent two emails to support and no response until today, it's been about two weeks. I was CEO of a server with about 180 members and was quite influential on discord bots, bots were the only thing I did and had fun with in this app. I've been using discord since 2018 and never had this problem, I really hope you can help me solve this problem

    Sorry to hear this happened to you. Unfortunately discord will refuse to do anything, and assuming they do respond, it will be with a non answer by a bot, and they auto close the ticket.

    Tbf, this is better than them keeping the account and just using it to spread phishing, I wish my hacker was kind enough to do that since Discord doesn't respond to any requests sigh

    Same here, they don't look on forums and they don't response on tickets just the auto bot messages.

    But if you request that you would like to cancel Nitro on your hacked account, you get a response within 1 hour.

    They protect hackers and only care for the money.

    yes, honestly I expected more from discord support, currently I'm disgusted with how they work, I hope that with the purchase of microsoft they become a real company, instead of this current garbage
