Custom notification sounds for DMs

SMS and plenty of chat programs allow this feature, and it's one of my biggest issues with Discord as my main talking platform. The fact that I can't have custom notification sounds for my friends when I could easily do that for sms or another platform is very frustrating. We would all love the ability to use our phone's notifications to differentiate between who's texting us.
