Server wide background music

I feel like it would be pretty cool if you could add background music to specific channels or the whole server to add more of an ambience and make it more thematic. Like a study server having lofi beats to study too or a club server that has jazz music playing.

  some users might find that disturbing, you can use a 24/7 bot for lo-fi in a stage channel for example and those who like lo-fi can join anytime.
