Discord is one BIG scam?

Hello,

A few days ago my brothers account got disabled by discord. He got banned for "malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine."

My brother did not do anything wrong. He helps kids with their homework and vibes in community servers. Today he heard that his account wont be unlocked again because he didn't follow the TOS...... 
My brother bougth nitro for 1 year. He used 2 months now, and his account gets disabled. 
Discord is banning him without proof. So it is a scam right? 
Discord should get a better customer support. It seems like people can falsereport other people, and are actually getting away with the action.
