How hard is it to get in contact with anyone at support?

I've been trying to get in contact with someone at support for almost a month regarding my hacked account. I've sent numerous emails to them explaining over and over what happened. All I've gotten was those automated emails from Clyde. Nothing else. Does anybody even work at support?
