Give more information when your account is disabled

Whenever your discord account gets disabled they give such vague information on why your account has been disabled that it is sometimes hard to even know why your account was disabled. Discord also needs to work on the customer service when it comes to appeals as I have been banned for "sending a large number of direct messages in a short span of time" when in fact i was sending legit messages  to my friends and it was not even spam or anything against discord tos

  Discord send you a mail with a reason.

  I lost my phone number
  and i tried to add new number to activate
  Since then my account has not messaged anyone
  but my account is locked because of spam problem
  What do I have to do to reopen my account?

  If My acc gives a banned until xx/xx/xxxx date does that mean I'll get unbanned or is that just. a placeholder date.
