Status on other hacked users

Sadly I heard that some people never got a single reply from support about their account getting hacked. Some people (including me) got a reply saying that the ticket was escalated. Has anyone who’s gotten that reply had any updates from support after that? It’s been over 20 days since I’ve gotten that reply from them but still nothing.

    I've emailed them 5 times and no response other than the 'escalated ticket'. Im currently searching for their phone number

    How long have you been waiting after they said that? Also they don’t have a number sadly.

    Since Jan 26. They do, sort of? I can't call right now cause I'm at work, so I can't really say if it's actually their number. If you wanna talk without having to reply to this every time, here's my alt: CHAIR TABLE#2329

    Was hacked Jan 1, they "escalted" my ticket jan 2. Since then I haven't gotten a response and they will not respond to any emails I send them. A friend who got hacked after me got a response and had their account returned,

    Did you at least get an automated message after that? Like 2 days after I made this post, I got a message saying that they experiencing high volumes of hacked account requests. And that they sent me this message to tell me to change the email of my new account so that it won’t take long to get someone to help me get my account back.
