Feature Request: Invite with Predefined Role and Guest Accounts for Non Discord Account Users

I want to be able to invite people that doing have discord accounts to a Server.  Having a Role defined so that I can limited it to a group or Catagory.  But also being able to make a Invite that has a Predefined role.  This allowing for an guest invite to give a person access to a limited location on a server for already a predefined role.
