Server Ban Appeal Form (Feature Suggest)

You got banned from a server that you love to chat ?
Now, this feature will help you to get back to the server.

As you see, there will be a "Create ban appeal form" button, so you will be able to create a form that helps you to get back to the server.

It will look like this. You will be able to edit it as you wish.

You can enable this feature by Server Settings > Community > Membership Screening

And you can check the users forms in Server Settings > User Management > Ban. They won't be able to enter your server until you accept their ban appeal form.
