Will I ever get my account back?

My account (Retrolous#1990) was recently disabled for being allegedly underage. I've sent support several tickets with all the necessary info and evidence, but they just closed the tickets the day after. I'm getting extremely worried as the 14 day "grace period" ends in 5 days, and I have a lot of personal stuff on that account. I only have two tickets open right now (#21249337 and #21251496) but I'm worried they'll close those too. Has anyone managed to get their account re-enabled recently?

    I sent them from this account and I got a reply but on my disabled account, they aren't replying to me at all.
    It seems that they are ignoring disabled accounts and only reply to the working ones. 😕

    Literally the same thing has been happening to me, but now they've stopped responding on the other email and I don't know what else to do. I've done nothing wrong, haven't implied that I'm underage nor even joked about it recently and just get disabled out of the blue. The only valid reason that I can see for disabling me is thinking that I'm in Ireland where the minimum age is higher than the North, but that would be a complete disregard for both my own messages and the current political situation here. If Discord Support is so under load right now, how come they have the time to read and then close every ticket of mine?

    Yeah it does seem they ignore disabled accounts which would make appeals pointless. My tickets are still open though. 11 days old and last activity 2 days ago. So they do something. Its funny that the first time it happened they responded in 4 hours and reactivated the account. Maybe they respond on twitter? I don't have a twitter to try.

    They definitely do not respond on Twitter unless you have a very trivial issue or are verified. You should see the amount of times I've tried to contact them lmao (@retrolous)

    Wow. The two tickets I opened recently were closed again, and it's always by the same person. I don't understand what else I'm meant to do if they're completely ignoring my other ones?
