    I am waiting two weeks now for a response on the same issue basically. I don't think they care anymore they even falsely auto ban people who got nitro for a year and keep the money. No response there either. Last I checked they get like 41000 new tickets per day, they would need like 500 people alone to keep up with that. They are listed as having 1200-1300 employees, I doubt 500 of those work on tickets.
