Cancel my request
I recently got my Discord account back after it got hacked thanks to a Discord staff member. However, this request came in the form of multiple request tickets, and even though I got my email restored back to my account like I asked, I'm still getting emails from Discord staff from the other tickets and I'm worried that they're gonna delete my account accidentally even though everything is okay now. I just got an email saying they're looking into an account deletion request, but I never requested to delete my account. What should I do? I sent a reply in an email asking them to not look into it any further because everything is okay now. All that matters is I got my account back after it was hacked, and that should be the end of it. I don't want to lose my account again.

Why did you send several tickets? This is what makes everything take longer than it would need to. It specifically says in the guidelines not to do so:
- You may not spam Discord, especially our Customer Support and Trust & Safety teams. Making false and malicious reports, sending multiple reports about the same issue, or asking a group of users to all report the same content may lead to action being taken on your account.
I don't know of any way to cancel ongoing tickets. Hopefully they will see that it has already been solved and ignore them

Why is there no "mark as resolved" button for me? I used the form to send my request.
