Chat Disabled for BLOCKED people!

I'm getting sick of getting mentioned from people that I've blocked in Discord. It's so annoying where I just couldn't stand staying calm anymore. Yesterday, I was supposed to have a Good Birthday but apparently till 9:00 PM EST or 10:00 PM EST. I would like this idea to be under effect immediately so that way I don't experience another terrible experience like what I've recently had
