Discord update logged me out of everything; I have 2FA and now I’m locked out

My accounts basically lost right now EVEN THOUGH I CAN LOG IN HERE ONLY ON IT since my old computer with my backup codes died, meaning I never had a chance to transfer them anywhere. My mobile had never been auto logged out before, so I was always using it to recover 2FA for my desktop and laptop. Now all 3 are logged out. I should mention that the discord account was also tied to and used with a BUNCH of my college classes and stuff, meaning that if I really can’t get back into the account, I would be quite upset.   Recovering a 2FA account shouldn’t be this hard! What do I do? 

edit: the worst part is I still get random sporadic messages on my phone from the app from servers I was in (do you know how insane it feels to see a test review post from your prof that you can’t access??), but I’m logged into a temporary alt account that can’t load the messages in app since IM NOT LOGGED IN ON MY ACCOUNT 

it also means that somewhere along the data pipeline, I’m still considered logged in or something, but I can’t find where

  Do you still have your 2FA authenticator linked? If you still have it linked then you should contact Discord support asap and tell them that you have 2FA authenticator linked and you can provide proof that it's yours. They will surely reset it for you.
