Account hacked support doesn't response
I've been hacked a couple of weeks back.
Made multiple attempts to contact support but they don't give me response at all
Hoping that posting it here they will finally help me.
So this is what happend, a friend sended me a message on discord that he made a new game and wanted me to try it.
He is dutch and was speaking in dutch so i had no issue not to believe him.
So i installed the game and next thing i know i was logged off from Discord and could't log in again. My password and email had been changed in a matter of seconds. I could't do anything. Now he has my account and the discord servers that were mine he transfered to his own account. Later i heared on steam that my real friend had been a victim of a hack aswell so the hacker was messaging me and using google to translate to Dutch.
Please Discord support me with this issue and help me recover my account!

It's my first time being hacked and i'm so confused since I don't have a virus, I always scan files if I download them and I never click on links especially because I use my laptop for work.
The hacker changed my icon to a monkey, didn't change my mail or password but he did join multiple servers that got me banned. He also bought nitro gifts so I lost money.
After two weeks of trying to get someone to help me I decided to refund the money through Paypal. I guess that's a normal thing to do after 2 weeks of waiting right? The only contact I had was with the bot.
Then.. maybe one hour after I contacted Paypal I got an email to reset my discord password. Once I did that I got my account back.. but 10 minutes later after me being happy to finally having my account back my account got disabled because of chargeback, meaning my account got disabled because I asked paypal for a refund.. I felt like crying like .. why? i've been so loyal to discord for so many years.
This has been so stressful. I'm a streamer and I can't maintain my server.

Seriously, I had the same thing happen to me and they are leaving me on "Solved" even though nothing has been solved and nothing changed. My ticket had been up for a solid week, then out of the blue.. "SOLVED!!!". Its so stupid I just want my account back, I can't contact my old friends and manage my server because of it.

This happened to me too. They helped me pretty quickly, but then about two hours later the hacker took over again and since then the support has completely vanished. I really don't know what to do at this point.
