Hacked account

So basically i sended a Request to discord i dont know when are they gonna answer but lets get to the point so yesterday on the morning i got an email from discord saying "We cancelled our energy to change your password" i quickly checked my account i was logged out when i tried to login in i logged in but my boosts were gone to a server called "Renzo Gen" when i left i checked my dms and they were "JOIN OR GAY" and the server link when i rejoined myself i asked who hacked my account and it wasn't just 1 hacker it was a whole group the point of the server is the generator they also said "NITRO GENERATOR COMING SOON" (Also to mention here that the generator for spotify and more is working because many people used it and says it worked) so when i contanted one of them i asked why did they hacked my account they said that they wanted to boost their server (also i dont know how this works but they had nitro so just boost it yourself) so asked how they hacked my account and they said they are using some "google reduction" and when i change pass to regenate my token they just keep logging in... in the evening i went on a call with a friend and i got this message "You were logged from another location to Talk from this location Recconect" then this morning i asked someone on a team if they can help me and he started saying "You all stealers why hack those accs" and some those things then one admin just dropped his info and he disabled his account (i think) so here are 2 things 1)They got my phone number my paypal email,my email and more expect for password 2)here is the invite link https://discord.gg/Wxg5eZjkdB so i want someone to help me get them logged out from my account because malwarebytes doesnt work and any other antivirus Also last thing can someone tell me how they are doing that?
