    My discord account has also been disabled. I have messaged Discord Support, and over the span of 4 days nothing has happened and I still can't get into my account. Please, I beg, give me my account back. I own a large server and have all my friends on it. Once again, please.

    My discord account was also disabled. Probably due to the fact that I entered the captcha incorrectly! With captcha, it’s generally very strange when you are asked to indicate aircraft, seaplanes do not need to be indicated! But when they ask you to specify motorcycles, you need to specify scooters as well! I use Discord for work purposes! Please connect my account, it's very important! Thanks!

    Dude! I think the same happened to me. I was joining a server an a captcha of I think Motorcycles shown. Probably I was wrong in someone and suddenly Disabled! 

    What can we do??

    At this point, I'm not sure what we can do. I have emailed Discord several times and have gotten no response. It's already been 4 days, and now I'm scared I lost my account for good.

    I have gotten in contact with 2 people but I used a different email and they both said to use the email that was denied. It does not make sense to me as to why I would get replies through a different email and not the email I have gotten denied.

    So you managed to get in contact but with a different email? And how long did it take for them to get back to you?

    With the first person it was one min,1 hour, and 5 hours to respond to a various stream of emails. The second person replied back after 13 hours.

    Since I emailed with an email that is not associated with a discord account annoyingly no I have been spamming them with emails with the other email I use and nothing to.

    I even went on Twitter and was told the same thing to get into contact with the trust and safety team.

    I am very frustrated with being accused of something I have never done and getting punished for their errors. I have tried almost everything and nothing I don't know what to do I'm scared and sad and mad that the friends I got I can never get them back. if only they had a number to call.

    It is very likely your account was falsely disabled.

    Actual TOS and community guideline offenders are rarely punished but innocent people are. This probably happened because you joined a lot of servers and sent a lot of messages in a short span of time. This method of seeing if someone is a bot is very shitty because a lot of people join servers a lot.

    Discord support won't be able to help you here, go to https://dis.gd/contact and submit a request if you haven't already.

    I have submitted multiple reports and emails. NOTHING has been sent back

    I'm not sure what to do at this point! All accounts get deleted after 14 days and now I'm scared I'll lose my account.

    Bots deleted your account (very likely).

    The only thing that you can do is be patient.

    If you have an alt email and phone (if you used your phone) you can create a new account (maybe you will need VPN) but that is against TOS and if discord finds out you're dead.

    Well technically, I wouldn't need to make a new one if they didn't disable my other account.

    Yeah sure, the first time I emailed the support team.
    On the contact page, I chose "Help and Support" ---> General Question ---> Disabled account for no reason 

    Description: My account has been disabled on Discord; I wasn’t aware of the fact that my doing was wrong. I won’t repeat my mistake again. Please unban my account.
