Since server raiding is still an issue out there i have a few ideas to prevent it or at least minimise the damage. 

An option to limit bans
 Limiting bans is usually not the best idea considering it could interfere with normal staff         activity. So instead of limiting bans per day why not limit them per minute or second as   most selfbots ban at high rates.
An option to ratelimit channel management
 Since most raiders spam channels with "raided by joe" you could set a limit for   created/deleted/renamed channels per minute/second.

  You can use bots for this such as wick bot. I don't think discord will do this because they are lazy and also it will make these bots useless.
