ACCOUNT DISABLED
this is getting so annoying my brand new account was disabled right after I bought nitro, sent in a ticket 5 days ago and there's still no response from discord support. this is just plain sad im so annoyed and im sure plenty of other people are too. un-disable my account.

My account was disabled for no reason as well. Here is to hoping that support can fix this mess.

They clearly don't care i've been waiting 5 days for a response and I've also seen people wait 30 days just to get a bot response and no help at all support is terrible

Yeah... It really sucks. I will wait at least 24 hours but I am anxious that I will lose a lot of my friends if I can't get my account back

Your account was probably falsely disabled like mine. Please give some information on why you were banned. I think discord is trying to get some money without giving the services.
If it is a false ban, I'm no expert but discord can end up in court.

@Comrade Doge I have no clue why I got banned, I made a new account, setup my profile picture, bought nitro, added 2-3 friends and then I joined voice and around 2 minutes later I got kicked off and when I tried to sign it it said Account Disabled, that's literally it

Yes, this is extremely common. Millions have been banned for "spam". I think at least half of that is false ban. However since we are the minority discord has no reason to care about us. They just got your money.
This happens because discord thinks you are a spam bot. This doesn't make sense also because a spam bot wouldn't buy nitro (lol). Please check your email and you will get a little more info there, not much info anyway.
When you submitted a request/ticket, you should have selected the following options:

If Clyde responds and tells you "we will not reinstate your account", then create a general question by selecting "Help & Support", "General Question" on the bottom, and then make the subject something like " I Need urgent help". I am not sure if this will work but I think it will work because Clyde (which is a bot) won't be able to make an automatic response.
I hoped that makes sense. If it didn't you should still try it this is your last resort.

It seems your account was banned because you joined too many server and sent too many messages in a short amount of time. You definitely aren't a bot if you are talking in support xD they should realize that.
You did not do it faster than humanly possible, I highly doubt that. Joining too many servers and sending too many messages in too little time triggers the bot. The bot thinks the average user, on their first day would not join too many servers but not everyone is average.
Nitro should have removed all suspicion from the bot because a spam bot would not buy nitro. Again the system is being stupid here.
All you can do is wait for a response or create an alt but if you create an alt you should not repeat your mistake of joining a lot of servers and sending a lot of messages.

I didn't send much messages though, I joined one server and added like 3-4 friends that's really it. Yeah you're right though the spam filter/bot detection system they have should clearly be removed/fixed this is seriously getting ridiculous

It's just about having a lot of activity.
Too much activity = Account disabled

Anyway have you received a response from support I get it within a day probably because I have a good reputation (I got warned for sending bad links once and I got someone warned for threats xD dw i don't send bad links anymore)

That's so stupid, discord needs to fix this soon. What a terrible system and on top of that terrible support to compliment it

The support system is okay but the support staff is terrible. They need more people (well the are hiring right now)

Stormwind4312 Still no luck? Cause I found something recently that could contact you towards a member of the team. It's like a response system but they do take their time in order to investigate thoroughly
