Discord hasn't responded to my ticket in about 3 days
My account was hacked last Tuesday and I managed to contact discord and get my account back on the same day. I got my PC checked out at Best Buy and they told me my PC was virus free. When I went to log back on to my account on the PC, the account was hacked again, meaning the PC was compromised. I factory reset my PC and made a dummy account as bait for the hackers and the factory reset seemingly cut their connection. All that I have left is to get my account back before it is lost forever or all of my contacts and servers are gone. I have tried contacting discord since Friday (3 days ago as of writing this) and I have yet to get a response. I'm at a loss on what I should do.

Your account was probably falsely disabled like mine.
Just be patient. Once you become patient, Clyde will tell you your account will not be reinstated. Then your account will eventually get deleted. Then you will alt. Then your account will get disabled again.

Jokes aside it is rare that a human even reads your ticket.

Discord needs a phone number or something. I managed to call a human at PayPal and got the false billing issue solved instantly.

Unfortunately, after 7 days, Discord labeled my disabled account as solved despite not giving a reply or a solution whatsoever. I wish Discord was bought by Microsoft, at least they've got better customer service.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have no idea what they marked it as solved. I'm in utter disbelief that a company with an app as massive as Discord has customer service this terrible.

Discord support won't help you. No use complaining. Just create a new account if you can and pray to god that that doesn't get disabled. Note that discord may ask you for your phone number when you create your account and hopefully you didn't put your phone in your previous account.
And I am also in the same boat as you all and I think its sunk already.

I'm mainly just hoping a discord staff member will see this thread and respond. I'm trying absolutely everything to get *someone's* attention regarding my account

Discord finally responded after nearly a week of silence. I managed to get my account back and it turns out the hackers didn't even do anything with my account, they didn't even disable it.

Espero que me la deshabiliten porque es mi cuenta de mi trabajo, además que no le hice spam a nadie, hice un servidor de pruebas para probar unos cuantos bots, eso es todo lo que hice.

I just told them all of the information they needed and waited. I guess someone finally saw it.
