Where is my verification code?

About 8 days ago I decided to register on Discord. I got an error saying, "something's going on here", and I was locked out of my account. The system wanted me to verify the account with a phone number. I entered my phone number and didn't receive any code. The supposed text message with a verification code never came.

I tried different phone numbers, logged in and out, tried different browsers, tried the android app. I'm unable to verify my account no matter what I do.

The screenshots were taken at different times in the last 8 days. I enter the phone number, then I'm asked to solve a captcha, and after I solve the captcha there's eternal silence.
