"View Server Members" Permission

As a community owner who wants to have a verification gate before allowing new users to view any members, I also want new members to have access to channels that normal members do such as a help or information channel. At the moment, this is impossible. Adding a permission to either allow or deny the ability to view server members on the right hand side would be very valuable with the recent surge of DM bots joining discord servers.
