Customer Service...This is a deal breaker

There is a huge change in my life when it comes to Joining a website, ordering a product, ect.. I will NOT deal with any company where I can't SPEAK to a REAL HUMAN! Being bounced around a website in order to find a place I can speak with a human and not a bot, I have found to be quite boring and well, I'll be honest, can't stand it with every fiber of my being. Any company that wants my money, better have a phone number or live chat with a real person or don't bother wasting my time.

I know damn well I'm not the only person that has seen the decline in Customer Service being given to the people that make companies millions. Once a company has our cash, we are left to fend for ourselves with little to no help when something doesn't go as promised....and it happens all the damn time. Just looking at the few topics while I scrolled down the page, I see nothing but bad words about your customer service.

Nope! Not me. I won't be installing Discord.
