Please give my friend's account back

Discord, please give my friend's discord account back. I understand that you disabled his account for breaking one of the ToS, but you also have to understand that he was not in control of his account during that period of time. Like he said, his younger cousin borrowed his phone and accidentally joined a malicious server link which posts CP.

He already contacted support@discord multiple times to no avail. I'm not asking for much, but please give him a chance to reinstate his account and let him leave the malicious server. That is all I ask from you, discord, Please.
