Hacked Account recovery time

Hey 
It's been one and a half week since my account was hacked 
and yet i havent got a response from discord yet. 
It's ALREADY making a mess and hurting my friends 
Is there a response time when discord support responds back, i made 4 tickets in total.
Or do I need to make a ticket to refund nitro to get a respond back to talk to them about the hacked account 

also if its a possibility to disable the account til I get it back?
