My Account is disabled for no reason

My account was disabled when I was chatting with a friend. I tried logging in and saw "Account is being disabled". So I began thinking curious as I didn't do anything as they said as the reason. I made an account with my mom's mail, made a server added 2 bots when that account too got disabled and I'm angry with this. How can this be fair? I tried sending support message...no replies till now and it's been 2 days. I'm doubting whether new Terms & Conditions is the problem.
