Ex? Hacked account

I submitted a ticket, I have updated it and every time the hacker tried closing it and YOU CLOSED IT SAYING ITS SOLVED. Now please tell me where the logic is here, I only was able to log in now because you disabled my account not because you thought it was hacked but because it was thought to be under the age of 13. You need better support or prevention of this. This is all that i want to say for now because its been 2 months and Ive had my life ruined because discord was my social life. You never responded even once and you "solved it"
