My Account got wrongfully disabled

So I was sending everyone in a discord I was in messages & didnt realize it was against tos to over message people because there was a cooldown. long story short, my account got ban for a day for my first offense, fair enough, so when i got my account back, i was fine then the next day i get into a call my account got immediate disabled and their "bot" flag my account even tho this was after my already ban I served. Its been 4 days & i have alot of stuff I need on my account, i use it everyday. Please support help
