Disabled Account & Discord Support is useless
About two weeks ago, I woke up to an email saying my account was disabled for violating the ToS. Extremely confused I opened a ticket to "appeal" this and try to get back in. I'm not sure what exactly was done, but I did find out there was some malware on my laptop, so that might have something to do with it.
Fast forward two weeks, and I haven't gotten any further in getting my account back. I have tweeted at Discord and DM'd them, no response. I've even gone and looked at the other tweets they are responding to see if they are active, and they sure are. Tweet sent 10m ago, Discord replies 3m ago, yet none of my tweets are being responded to?
The Discord Support is also useless. All I get are copy-pasted messages that say the same thing over and over. I plead my case, they don't care. I write a long email about the situation, they send back the same copy-pasted message. I've even had some tickets be closed without any communication from Discord! Absolutely ridiculous that they can get away with this. I was also subscribing to Nitro, so you'd think, although unfair to non-nitro users, that they would give a paying customer a higher priority in their non-existent support chain.
I've seen countless other stories of this on Reddit and on here. It is unbelievable. Hoping that a Discord representative sees this and tries to enact change, although I doubt that will happen.

There might be a time limit on ur account to be enabled once again. Just wait patiently for the team to get to you. They most likely get ticked everyday from people with this issue. Just try to wait if not then make a brand new account with a brand new email or one that wasn't used for that Account. Hope this helps

Doesn't look like there is a timer for me. I waited patiently for the first while, thinking that they were just doing their job and if my account did in fact violate their ToS when it was compromised, completely fair! What I have zero patience for, however, is week-long response times with each response being a copy-pasted message. The same copy-pasted message every time.

Mine has been disabled for about a week now and i get no email or shit saying how long its going to take. All i did was click a damn video my friend sent me

Yeah, it is ridiculous. You would expect that a company who has a platform this size, their level of support would be above McDonalds

I am having the same issue. A bot responded to my email, but Discord hasn't responded or done anything to help me with my disabled account.

I gave up on getting my account back and decided to just move on. I did, however, want a copy of all the data Discord has on me (which legally they have to provide), and then I want them to delete all the data they have on me (again, they legally have to do this if I request it). I submit a ticket requesting this and get this response.
"You're account has been disabled for violating Discord's ToS"

Good luck. If Discord keeps this up, I doubt they would actually give or delete any data from someone with a disabled account unless that individual was willing to take them to court.

I would do it to. They can't wrongfully flag an account thats only been active for about 5 minutes with no activity

Your pet monkey : my account was never disabled in the past. I was on a lot of random servers, but was only active on one server. Apparently one of the servers I was on, violated the ToS. That's why I was banned. But there is no one to talk to at Discord support. Only bots.

I have had Nitro for most of the 4+ years that I have had Discord for. You'd expect better from them!

I got my account back but not even 5 seconds of that account being back online it needs phone number once again. I didn't even have the chance to change my name or anything. All i did was only log in
