Discord Offline Mode

I have a personal discord server that I'm the only member of. I use it to transfer things between PCs, to keep my notes, my todo list, my shopping list, and a ton of other things that are frankly essential to have access to. Discord was down today, and I couldn't access my presentation notes for a presentation I had to give. I couldn't access the server at all. 

It would be very nice if I could mark a server as "Offline", so that wifi would not be a requirement to access the server, or send/read messages. (Ofc such an option should only be made for servers that have only a single user)
