The hcaptia does not work

I try to login oth the ap and it says I have to prove I'm not a robot, then I try to do that and it just pops up with the retry circle. Then that doesn't work so I click having trouble with captcha and it says go to the browser. So I do that and I try to log in at the browser and it work then I it brings up my chats and everything on the browser and says to download the app to unlock mor features. So I do that and then I just opens the login page on the app again, so I put my password and username in an itbwants to verify if I'm a robot again. So I try to do the captcha thing again and it still doesn't work. This is the post system design I have ever seen. A 12 year old could make a better user interface. Please fix your services.
