Waiting for response on compromised account

I clicked on a link that in retrospect I see now had an issue (I know it was stupid in hindsight before things are said) but my account has now been compromised and 2FA has been enabled. This person is still online on my account after I have sent my ticket and it said the account would be suspended, how long is the response time for these tickets? As I have my paypal and bank details linked as well as other accounts.
