Role Permissions Improvised

I don't like the idea of managing roles because just for owners it would be hard to assign roles on a big server. So they could make another permission where its just assigning roles, then adding roles, removing roles, and etc. Because if someone you trust decides to go treason then all of your hard work roles are gone and can't do nothing except ban them.
