Allowing email from the owner of the server to be forwarded to a channel

I own/run a discord server for my podcast network. Three of the weekly shows we produce are comic book review shows. I'm sent, via email, advanced review copies each week. They are sent either as an attachment or as a hyperlink. All emails include html based images that are solicits for issues later in the month. Because I'm in contact with large companies, I need to have received and read receipts enabled. I have 13 reviewers on my network, and receive review emails from 6 companies. That's a minimum of 234 emails each week because of this. I would really appreciate it if there was a way to forward these emails to a single channel on my server. I have found webhook solutions, but even the smallest email exceeds 4000 characters. I've been trying to deal with this for a year now, and it's giving me much more than a headache. Just for the review emails I receive, in the past year, that's a minimum of 12,168 emails. Please help me with this. I wish to send it only to one channel on a server I own. Please tell me there's something I can do. I really don't want to have to try and find a different community application that might make it work, Discord is the best thing that's happened to us with the exception of this one issue. It'd also be great if I could friend my bots so I could set reminders within a DM group, but that's far from a priority. Again, please help me out. I'd appreciate it more than you can know.
