My account got disabled for no reason at all

I went to sleep with a perfectly working discord account, woke up to a disabled one without doing anything that would violate the terms at all

  Hey there friend now im not on the support team but i would like to clarify some things for you. You may or may not have violated the Terms of Service and Guidelines. 

  1. If you added your phone number to the account check to see if you did something bad and to look and see if you requested for NSFW if you are underage. That can result in your account being disabled/flagged

  2. Did you or a friend spam in a Discord server or Private Message? If so then they may have temporarily disabled your account or flagged it.

  3. Was your account flagged/disabled in the past and you removed your phone number? If so then there is a time limit before you can use that number again

  @TheLocalDumbass I haven't done any of the above, Im a grown man so I have some common sense
