Friend got their discord account and email hacked and they need help ASAP.

A few days ago, someone posing as a discord employee managed to earn my friend's trust and exploited that for their own benefit, gaining access to both their email and discord account. The poser has threatened to dox my friend and leak very sensitive information. They've already sent multiple tickets pleading for aid, however, since the poser also has access to the email, It's become very confusing for your support team to differentiate between the lies and the truth. The email may not be salvageable, but the discord account definitely is. Please help.
