I got a false Account Disabled - Violation of TOS/Community Guidelines Notification
On March 14th I received a Account Disabled - Violation of TOS/Community Guidelines Notification
This occurred when I clicked a Discord link on a Youtube channel which redirected my browser to my Discord app and then immediately signed me out with a message with something along the lines of "suspicious activity, please sign in again". After then I received the 2FA when trying to sign in but I either fat fingered the password. So essentially I got my account disabled within a few minute period of trying to log in (3 failed attempts) and now it's been 10 days with no luck. Could someone please help me out to find out what I would need to do besides submitting a case. I am the owner of the account and I don't understand how I a account can get a permanent violation from trying to sign in.
I submitted case 22623748 a week ago and still have not heard anything.

I'm going through a similar same experience. No violations were committed from the possible list they provided. I've asked them to audit my account as proof. No response. I use a VPN for protection against tracking hackers, which is the only thing I can possibly think of that may have caused my account to be disabled. It's been 5 or so days since I submitted a request and no response. Don't expect any help from their "support" team. There are many users who are experience wrongful disabling of accounts and none of them have received a response. I'm thinking we get louder and share our experiences with media outlets. The lack of response from support is unprofessional, among other things.

Hello, my account is disabled suddenly and I didn't receive email about what happened. I sent request to support team and Clyde said It's because of violating TOS and Guidelines and they will not reactivate my account but i didn't do anything against it, I own some public servers and my account joined discord since 2016, I was unaware of what happened I just saw my account logged out automatically and disabled. What can I do in this situation?
