Verified Discord Channels

Hello,

resently I tested out a lot of public help/advice discord servers. Sadly I had to realize that most of them are run by people not qualified at all spreading misinformation to people who believe they are getting helped.
I can understand that discord has no responsibility here since every discord server has its own rules determined by their owner, but still:

Can you make verified public discord servers that are properly reviewed for people who seek advice/help or other things?
Also for Discord servers like "Destiny 2" I always thought that it was from the Destiny 2 game owners, but in reality it's a fan-made server with no real responsibility of the owner of this server. Same for a lot of other games, and it would be cool if we could determine which server is official and which one is fan made.
