Will the account be deleted, waiting for a support responce?

Got my account disabled on the 18th. I don't know the real reason and messaged about it to support and my hubby messaged them in twitter.
In total I had opened ticket twice and a twitter message sent.
I'm ok to wait, but there's an info that if no action taken, the account will be removed.

How long does it take to get a respond then?

I also have a small private server less then 100 ppl, what will happen with it if the profile will be deleted? Will it disappear or just will stay with no owner?

I'd appreciate any useful advise.
