Stop blocked users listening along on Spotify / hide status

If you block someone, they can still listen along with you on Spotify. I know a case of a stalker doing this.

The stalker always listens along with this person, and it makes the person uncomfortable. The stalker knows that the person is aware of this, which is part of why they keep doing it. The person could refrain from clicking on the stalker's profile, but knows that if they did, it would always show them listening along to the same song. It's creepy.

I think the status should be hidden from the blocked user altogether, and vice versa.
